He listened to and observed my responses, answered my questions with accuracy and treated me with respect - even though this wasn’t a large value property. Details mattered to Josh. He helped me find excellent representation at auction and created solutions among my rigid availability, done with both attention and ease. Josh had house keys cut for each family member, a gesture that was genuine and appreciated. I would describe him as highly competent, detail focused and genuine. On entering the UP office, I got a sense of professionalism, individuality and welcome. I would only choose Josh if I sold in the future.

Carolyn was very professional, an excellent communicator and achieved a sale without us having to go to market and we got more than we wanted for the sale. She also helped us with hands on work and expertise in meeting some of the challenging conditions that were required to achieve the sale. She also had a network of people that we called upon to successfully help us achieve the conditions we needed to. I have a healthy dislike of paying commission to real estate agents but in this case, I am very happy to pay it. This was a first class performance.
