I couldn't rate Josh high enough!! Every step of the house buying process was seamless. I had confidence in his knowledge of what the market was doing and property options that were out there. He understood what my needs were and found the perfect house for me! Since I was a first home buyer I was a bit clueless and Josh helped me every step of the way. Josh had great attention to detail, checking in to make sure I was on track with everything that needed to be done before the auction, which was so appreciated. I felt confident that every detail that needed to be dealt with was ticked off. As well as checking in with me about the logistical side of buying a house, he also cared about how I was feeling the whole way through.
