As first home buyers there was a lot of learning for us to do. Josh helped us navigate the buying process, guiding us through what we needed and when. Josh was sensitive to the size of the investment that we were making on a personal level despite the property being on the lower side of his wider portfolio. He was prompt and responsive across all communication and gave us space to consider when we needed it. Would highly recommend buying with Josh and I'm sure when it comes to selling I'll be giving him a call.

Lorraine Young was recommended to us by our neighbour as being an amazing, thorough, committed, professional real estate agent. She did not disappoint! She was focussed on selling our house for the best price possible, she was realistic, always researched her advice and decisions. She was fantastic to help us prepare the house for sale, she knew every imaginable tradie we asked for, and had the prior relationships with them so that they actually turned up to do the work. When needed she was prepared to meet tradies at the house when we couldn't make it ourselves. I really loved how she was phenomenal with creating a wonderful narrative around our property, even when building inspections showed up some issues, she guided us to get the necessary work done, or suitable information to help the buyer. She is a wonderful genuine sales person, who takes her role seriously and ethically, showing your home to the right people, nurturing a sense of love of the property to the best buyers currently in the market. We sold at auction, a stressful event to say the least. The entire Bayleys team knew how to hold your hand through the process, especially on the day. Despite her need to focus on the buyers at the auction, she still made sure we felt comfortable, supported, and aware of where the process was at.
