Lilian Kong

I was impressed by how the marketing always keeps the customer’s needs and perspective in mind from start to finish.

We had a truly wonderful experience working with Lilian throughout the purchase of our new home. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, patient, and always willing to help. She made the whole purchasing process feel much easier and less stressful, and we really appreciated the time and effort she put into assisting us. Lilian was always responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever we had questions or needed further information, she was quick to get back to us and made sure everything was explained clearly. Her knowledge of the local property market, attention to detail, and professional approach gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. What we appreciated most was that Lilian was not only professional, but also genuinely warm and thoughtful. She made us feel comfortable at every stage and was always happy to help whenever we needed anything. Her support and communication made the entire experience of purchasing our home smooth and positive. We are very happy with our new home and very grateful to Lilian for all of her help and support along the way. It was a pleasure working with her, and we would definitely recommend Lilian to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again, Lilian, for making this such a positive and memorable experience for us!

Lilian is a very professional and patient real estate agent. She listens carefully to her clients' needs and provides professional advice. She develops highly professional sales strategies for clients based on market conditions, making her an excellent real estate agent.

Lillian was able to assess our needs for the future which were different from where we were living. Could answer any questions asked, her communication skills left Ardern in the shade. Empathetic when appropriate, I trusted her implicitly and professional approach and quiet humour.
