Steve was straightforward to work with. To prepare my home for sale, he provided clear directions as to what maintenance should be done. He and Nila helped me style my home, using my current furniture. This was very helpful and saved me the expense of engaging a staging company. The resulting photos were stunning and the brochure produced was exceptional. Steve's marketing strategy worked really well - scheduled open homes were busy and he organised additional viewings too. I was kept up to date at all times, so I was aware of the potential buyers. Selling a home can be stressful but Steve made the process a positive one. I felt he and his team had my best interests in mind. I knew many houses were selling for less than their CV. I hoped to achieve CV but felt that buyers would expect to pay less. Well, Steve's ability to attract buyers who really wanted my property paid off and I am delighted with the above CV result.
