Banson’s approach to real estate is underpinned by a Bachelor of Economics and Finance and Masters of Economics from the University of Hong Kong. He was previously a government economist, financial spokesperson and policy author, giving him a deep understanding of his real estate clients’ financial goals and the strategies required to reach them.
Having entered the real estate industry in 2015 and now a Licensed Agent, Banson has developed a strong understanding of Auckland’s property market and the factors that drive successful sales outcomes. With a people-focused approach, he understands that selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions many people will make and works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed and supported throughout the process. By taking the time to understand each vendor’s goals he is able to tailor his strategy and create customised campaigns to position properties effectively, maximise exposure and generate strong competition among buyers to achieve the best possible price.
