Highly recommend!
We engaged Stephanie to sell our period property in Remuera in November 2025 and were extremely pleased with both the experience and the outcome. From the initial valuation assessment through to the marketing campaign, open homes and auction, every stage of the sale was managed seamlessly and efficiently. Stephanie was thoughtful, pro-active, knowledgeable and highly professional throughout, and proved to be a real asset during the sale process. Excellent communicator with impressive market knowledge
Fleur recently sold my Parnell apartment and throughout the process I felt confident that she was definitely the right person for the task. We had a very positive experience using Fleur Denning of Bayleys Remuera to sell our property. Fleur recommended a furniture staging company who did an excellent job. Our property sold at auction on the fall of the hammer as a result of all facets of the sales process being completed in a very professional manner.
