Aaron and Sonya recently helped us sell a rental property we'd had for a number of years. From the outset of the process it was clear they understood the changing market and had a clear plan for how to highlight the best features of the property. They were also very good listeners though and took on board some of of our ideas as well. They were patient and clear in all their communications and their recommendations were bang on! The process was a bit turbulent as some early offers couldn't get financing but Aaron and Sonya remained confident and optimistic throughout. By the end, they secured a multi-offer situation through lots of hours of hard work and follow-up and we got a price for the property we were very happy with. We were extremely happy with their knowledge and professionalism and would definitely use them again. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.
