It's hard to find a Real Estate agent more professional, helpful and knowledgeable! His advice on presentation of the property and the information provided to prospective purchasers was spot-on. Selling in this market is difficult, but against all odds, Chester found two well qualified buyers; and we settled on auction day, at a realistic price. He followed up all inquiries from prospective purchasers and kept us very well informed about their circumstances and their appetite to buy. Where there were possible reservations, he worked quickly to provide evidence to reassure them. We were impressed that Chester went the extra mile in his communications and timing, to both us and the purchaser.
