Great easy to deal with honest agents who gave sound advise on how to get our home to market. The advertising was fantastic and stirred up lots of interest online. Their recommendations for companies to do the house cleaning and builders report were great and hassle free at reasonable prices. They are very professional; we told them what we we wanted and they delivered when other competitors told us our house was too difficult to sell. Paul kept us well informed and was highly organised. We got a good price above our expectations and a sale in 10 days from going to market. I would use them again and have recommended them to friends. Best of all, they are much cheaper than the other agents and they do a better job!!!!!

We found Paul to be a very reliable communicator, which matched with his professionalism allowed us to swiftly get ready to place an offer. It was a very unusual bidding process, where we had to submit informal offers to get invited to place a formal tender, which we found added extra stress to an already stressful life decision! When we were invited to place a formal tender, Paul advised thst it was all very standard stuff so we wouldn't need to run it past our lawyer - which turned out to be true, but it was a little unsettling to be told by an agent not to run a legal document past our lawyer! Overall though I have no complaints, and appreciated all the hard work Paul put it to help us put in our best offer. It was an absolute pleasure.

I think selling a house is a huge event and no matter how good or bad the estate agent you use, there will be some ups and downs along the way. Brian and Andrea were always available and were happy to offer help or reassurance when needed. They gave up their time to help with some improvements in garden and provided some garden furniture for the photos which was useful. The most impressive thing in my opinion was Brian's efforts with the offers we received. There was a large gap between the original offer and the final sale price. This was down in no small part to Brian's strong negotiation skills and his desire to get me the best price for my property. I am grateful for every bit extra and it will help me to pay for some exciting items for my new home. I don't think a house sale will ever be easy, but Brian and Andrea will help to make it as pain-free as possible.

Paul and Sabine were the second team of agents to market our property after an initial contract fell through. Paul and Sabine went above and beyond in the lead up to marketing our property explain the process, getting us an excellent deal on staging and marketing and just generally prepping us on what we would be required to provide and what we should expect. The communication throughout the marketing of our property was excellent with good team work between us and them being nurtured at every turn. In the end our property (not an easy one to market and sell) sold for substantially more than our expectations with Paul and Sabine working tirelessly to bring several great offers to the table. Would definitely use Paul and Sabine again if selling a property in wellington.
