The apartment market was very difficult over the period that my unit was for sale and as consequence my apartment took a long time to sell. During this period Paul communicated on a weekly basis to me and keep me abreast of the results of the 'open homes' and the feedback from the viewers. We selected Paul as our agent because he initially impressed us with his market knowledge, his obvious professionalism and experience and the way he presented himself.
