Brian's pre-sale presentation was excellent, clearly describing how he planned to market the property and anticipated price. His assistance preparing the house improved the presentation and we were kept briefed on the open homes and feedback. His presentation of the offers was business-like and when my elderly mother was unable to make a decision Brian was patient and allowed 24 hours for reality to set in.
