When we went to first viewed the property Gerrard left us to it without following us around. He pointed out the issues of the property, which my Fiance being in the business found so we were not put off. We have actually viewed the property three times, the last time was to take photos of the furniture we wanted left. We have been fully accommodated for and Sheree has helped me immensely throughout the process. I live out of town and was the executor of my father's estate. Brent went above and beyond what was required to help me get the property to market. He would meet trades people at the house , put me in contact with local companies I needed, sent me videos of work I had done. He did so much I did not need to visit the property at all. His communication style, market knowledge, negotiation skills and professionalism were excellent. He sold the property quickly and met price expectations in a slow market. Amy Peard was our dream agent. Despite it being a turbulent time with the end of our marriage, she was calm and accomodating, and ever-patient with our long journey to ready the house for sale. The first thing that struck me about Amy was how up front she was about everything. She laid it all out from the start so we knew exactly what we could expect, where other agents were very cagey about revealing what our costs would be. We had been understandably nervous when discussing and considering such large sums of money (and piles of emotional baggage!), but Amy's simple honesty and warmth put us at ease. This first impression was only a taste of things to come - as the process continued Amy went on to show us how helpful and perceptive she was with this market, and it was easy to see how much she revels in her role. But where things got even better was when it came to finding buyers.
