Little did we realise what was going to unfold in the March of 2020. Our tenants had moved on and I took the 6 hr trip to Wgtn to do the post-rental clean and meet up with Paul to discuss options around the Sales Pitch. We found Paul very easy, approachable and he offered us some great advice as to the direction we were headed. We signed the contract and I left him to manage the dressing of the space, photos etc and start the roll out...then blam! Covid19 kicked in only 5 days after signing.... Like the rest of NZ..and the world - things stopped. Yet we are positive it enabled many people looking to purchase some time to really look at the available market. Once Aotearoa dropped to Level 3.... we had offers put forward within 4 days, and sold both properties within a couple of weeks. All the way through the process we were well informed of movements with sale offers and found Paul to be quietly confident. We would definately recommend Paul to help out with your next home sale...or purchase! Thank you Paul!

Following the sale of our treasured family home (of 39 years) I would like to congratulate you for the most professional manner in which you conducted the sale of our property. I was astounded at the time factor that it took to obtain an offer of purchase, which took a mere 11 days from the market date, to an unconditional cash offer. Also, the offer was at the high end of our expectations. The 2 weekend open homes during this time, and the use of a drone as opposed to newspaper advertising, obviously contributed to the final result. You also made the communication between ourselves very easy, considering the fact that we were based in mid-Canterbury, and you were in Upper Hutt. Your commitment and knowledge of the property market also made a significant contribution to the end result, and I would recommend you, without hesitation to both family, friends, and anyone in general. Jim was very professional the whole way through the selling process of our house. He talked us through the procedure he was going to use, was up front about the charges and how we needed to prepare our house for viewing; and he kept us updated either by phone or email. He advised us before he brought clients through our house, whether it was a private viewing or an Open Home; and advised us as to how the visit went afterwards and the client or clients’ response. We were very fortunate that our house sold in three weeks and we accredit this quick turn-around to Jim’s persistence in taking every opportunity to show our house to potential clients.
