No hassles- Robyn's on it.
Robyn took all the stress and hassles out of selling a home with tenants in it, which can bring it's own unique challenges. She managed some tricky scenarios with property managers and tenants, whilst still maintaining positive relationships with them, meaning that they were willing to give time for open homes when possible. Robyn communicated with us regularly, even though we're based outside NZ. At no time did we feel in the dark, and we always felt confident things were under control. Thank you Robyn for making to process painless.

Simply the Best
Would never use another agent to sell our Kapiti Property. She’s up front, honest and gets back to you after every open day, expression of interest or the sad news of no potential clients. She always goes out of the square to find other marketing avenues. Always punctual and humorous.

First and Lasting Impressions
We saw the place on Tuesday night, we had an offer in within 24 hours and went unconditional a week later. From the moment we met Stacey she was a delight to deal with. We had met with more than a dozen estate agents while we looked for our new home and Stacey (sincerely) was the most welcoming, most personal and most human to deal with.
