I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing to work with and demonstrated a level of dedication and professionalism that truly sets her apart. Penelope worked tirelessly to get the deal across the line. She had to navigate a particularly challenging situation with the buyers' Barfoot agent, who was lazy, difficult to work with, and rarely returned her calls or requests for updates. She also had to deal with the buyers' mortgage broker, who was at times rude and unprofessional. Despite these significant obstacles, Penelope handled every interaction with grace, tenacity, and a sunny attitude. She always kept us well-appraised of what was going on, ensuring we were never in the dark. Her excellent communication and persistence were the key to overcoming any hurdles.
