When I first approached Penelope she was out of Auckland on holiday. I explained what I was trying to achieve and the next day she sent one of her team members to my place for a face to face chat and signing some work. By that evening I was on a chat group getting regular updates. All of this while she wasn't even at work in the State. The communication I received was top notch. Penelope delivered on all of her promises at each stage and was extremely patient every time I changed the plan on her. Penelope managed to sell my house within the price range I wanted and more importantly the time period with minimum fuss. She has a great database of buyers and managed to get me offers within the first week itself. During settlement I needed an early release of the deposit which Penelope facilitated for me. Quite honestly it was like having a $2000/hr lawyer in my corner. I would very highly recommend Penelope to any one selling or buying. Thank you Penelope for a great experience.
