My wife and I recently worked with Marilyn to sell our home. From start to finish, Marilyn demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a good understanding of the market. We listed our home with Penelope and Tayla and so glad we did. They are an incredible team! They both worked so hard and never gave up! We would not have sold our property if it wasn’t for the good looking duo. We listed our property in a tough market where numbers where low but the communication was 10/10 every step of the way, there were no false promises or high price expectations just to get the listing, just honest truthful advice. Our first weekend we had one group through, instead of blaming it on a slow market they came round that Monday night to offer ideas on what we could do to get more traffic through, there hard work and great communication was what sold our house, they followed up with every potential buyer we had visit and thus got the sale.
