If I could more than 5 stars I would! Ben has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Please keep in mind, Ari and I both live in Brisbane, AU - from the time we jumped on the initial call with Ben, all the way until the end. He was always fitting around our schedule, given the time differences between the 2 countries and was always ready for a chat if needed. All the stress was taken away when dealing with Ben. So, come auction day, we knew exactly what to expect - good outcomes and potential bad outcomes. We are the type to usually not engage with Real Estate agents, as we hate being pushed into doing things we don't want to. Ben was the COMPLETE opposite to this. From the very beginning, he asked what we wanted and always kept this in mind. He was very transparent with everything, from letting us know how ads were doing, how open homes were doing - whether good or bad. Not once, did we ever feel he "just wanted the sale" - which to us, was extremely important. I have no regrets in choosing Ben to sell our home and would do it again if/when the time comes. Ben is very passionate about his job in getting kiwi’s into their first home.
