Pat is an extremely experienced REA known in our community as the top guy and even better, helping support some of the younger agents coming through. Savvy business man, but caring and respectful of our specific needs. Knowledgeable, experienced, concise, efficient and effective. Straight to the point from the get go, specifically, running the numbers and scenarios to ensure we would be better off following the sale of our home - especially given our family of 6! Was able to guide us through the whole process seamlessly and effortlessly. Understanding and patient with our particular needs, but being mindful of the greater picture for the future, reminding us of the next potential future property move to ensure we selected our next home wisely. Great comms, regular check ins, and receptive of our specific requests at every step and willing to find a solution. With his wisdom and expert advice (along with the team), we were able to secure a great outcome in the current market, but particularly for our personal financial situation, helping set us up for our next property venture! Great tips and learnings along the way, esp at the auction. Felt prepared which helped with negotiations to get close to a premium price as possible. Explained all potential scenarios which was helpful in us being able to understand the situation during the auction and negotiations and how that might affect the sale, enabling us to adapt to each scenario as it unfolded and quickly act, under pressure.
