I am very impressed of Arvic’s professionalism. The communication was brilliant. Always rings back and replies back on whatever questions I may have. Gave me A through understanding of how auction works. Helped me a lot to get the house ready ffor the photo shots, clear up the loan and garden at the back, even sent someone to cut the lawn nicely. Got me someone to waterblast the decking as well as getting us a corporate cab on the auction day and many more just to help me get ready for the 1st open home. Thank you Arvic. It’s been wonderful.

As this was the first time I have used a real estate agent I needed the process to be made simple and understandable. Ana has blown all expectations out of the water. The way in which She communicated all options and possible consequences was clear and never opinionated. The Results spoke for themselves! the outcome at the auction was way beyond our reserve price we expected and with the decision to bring the auction forward and an prompt settlement date meant the whole process from listing to money in the bank was no more than a few weeks!.
