A smooth and successful selling Experience
Jerry was quick to make contact with me when I first enquired about selling our home. I first Came across Jerry through social media, after he assisted a family friend with selling their home, so my mind was immediately at ease when Pat linked us up with Jerry. It was a bonus that Jerry knew our area well as he also lived in Otahuhu, and so he was able to use his knowledge of our area to get us the best result. His engagement and communication with us was amazing from the beginning, right up until auction day. Our questions were answered and we definitely saw the hustle, especially with the private viewings as he grabbed every opportunity for a potential buyer to view our home. He left no stones unturned. The biggest thing for us, was, we were surprised with how quickly things progressed, but Jerry kept us informed all the way - I mean we sold in 23 days from when we went live on the market!!! Jerry made the process genuinely enjoyable and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. He took the time to explain and translate things to my parents in Samoan and made sure they understood everything. Thank you Jerry and we appreciate your tautua to our Samoan community also. Professional, neat, well spoken, intelligent and genuine.
Those are just some values and attributes to describe Jerry, the list could go on. A very intelligent, smart agent. Very genuine, very understanding. Jerry looks ahead, thinks outside the box and communicates efficiently. Jerry is easy to work with, my ill mother and I went in having no clue of the selling process. We trusted him during the whole process, my mother and I never felt pressured, his knowledge is impeccable. It only took roughly a month to sell our place, keeping in mind of the tough market. Although we didn’t get the price we wanted, Jerry got us the best outcome we could. I can’t express my gratitude enough for how stress free and easy Jerry made the whole process. As I’m the only one working in our house hold with a very ill mother, Jerry made this smooth sailing from start to finish. We are very happy vendors looking forward to settlement day.
