Very outstanding
Micah worked with both me and mum who were looking to purchase our first property. He stuck to what we asked for in price and location and always provided other options when we were stuck. One thing that was outstanding was he wanted mums input with what she wanted for her first home as well. Jumping on the market to purchase our first property was a big step for us, but he guided us through and made the process comfortable. After settlement day he continued to reach out to us and answer any questions that we had. Definitely will recommend Micah to anyone interested in purchasing a property. Once again me and my family really appreciate your help bro 💯

Best first time experience!
First time selling a home and Ben gave us the best experience the first and only time round. Ben was able to cater to our every need and answer every question, he broke everything down for us to understand better and was always reachable when needed. Ben made it easy for us to trust in him and the process and I’m glad we did because we could not have been happier with the result. One of the best.
I would like to thank my brother here for helping my family and I find a house that is suitable to our family. He is very knowledgable to make sure the house fit our preferences. If anything did not make sense to us, he would carefully break down info for my family and I. Giving us the pros and cons of house searching. Also, since my family is Tongan, him being tongan catered well to my parents as he can not only explain the deatils in Engilsh, he can also explain to my parents in Tongan, so that they're not left in the dark. Ben palavi is an all-round worker for the Real-estate business as he is all class and knows his stuff. If you are looking into getting someone who is serious, out-going and can get the job done at the snap of a finger, Ben is your guy!!!

Would recommend Arvic for any first home buyer!
l would recommend Arvic to all potential buyers. I was a first home seller looking to downsize my house to something smaller with less maintenance and Arvic made the process very simple and easy. Arvics communication was very clear and thorough, he was always available even past business hours which for me was unexpected, but also appreciated. He also went above and beyond for my partner and I when we were out of the country (offered to feed my dog). Arvic was patient and accommodating to all of our requests. My only feedback was the fact that I had not gone through the sale process before, I was unaware that Arvic needed to accompany me through open homes as my next house caused a conflict in interests between 2 agents. Otherwise, if I ever needed to sell my house in future, Arvic would be on speed dial.
