Ryan and Laura were absolutely excellent. I gave Ryan a very tight deadline on when I needed my house sold by, to free me up for a property I had lined up. In the lead up to Christmas as well, so no easy task. He pulled it off and I was very happy with the result. Ryan's was such a wonderful agent to work with on the sale of our late parents property. He was sympathetic to our circumstances but also exuded boundless enthusiasm, energy and encouragement. He knew exactly what we needed to do and what wasn't worth doing to achieve the best price and fastest sale for our property. Taking heed of his advice certainly paid off as the property sold before the auction date, only 9 days after it was listed. What made this feat even more remarkable was that the house had previously been on the market with another company for several months with virtually no interest. Ryans communication was exceptional and we knew exactly what was happening and when. He explained things calmly and clearly and confidently answered every question we had.
