Ryan has marketed and sold a number of our properties and since I have reffered many people to him. He goes above and beyond expectation everytime. This property in particular was a difficult sell due to the larket conditions and type pf property and he never lost momentum every Sunday running open homes every Tuesday calling with an update. Chasing every pead possible and in the end getting us exactly what we wanted. He really is the hest out there and we wikl continue to use him in all of our future sales
