It was the best decision we could have made. From the outset Rupert demonstrated his outstanding professionalism, market knowledge and skill. He understood the complexities involved in selling our particular property and prepared a successful marketing campaign which resulted in a good sale. Importantly, even though our property sale was small in comparison to more expensive properties, the way that Rupert worked with us made us feel supported and informed and that a successful sale was really important to him. We were also really impressed by the processes and communication tools the team has in place. It made the whole sale so much smoother than we have experienced in some other property transactions. We cannot recommend Rupert and his team highly enough!
