This is a top performing team. It started with the first approach which happened to be a cold-call by phone. From there connections to the north were made and we met the team at our home. They had a no-nonsense approach not trying to oversell or undersell their services, with just enough humour and laid-back and relaxed style to know they could deliver in a timely way, without too much in your face intrusion. When we got back to Arthur he jumped into immediate action and advised us of the most efficient way to sell the house.
