Great Job
Khalil's knowledge, experience and professional manner made the sale of our house last week a very stress free experience. He gave us great feedback and updated us continually with what was happening. He did great work on creating interest in the house sale. We really appreciated his hard work and honesty. Put at ease
I had been living at my home for 50+ years so selling my family home was very daunting and emotional. Bart put me at ease with his calming nature and went through the process very slowly so I fully understood everything that was going on. He had a great understanding of the market in the area and came up with a very successful marketing an to sell the house. I was always informed on what was going on during the process with lots of updates and in person meetings. I would fully endorse Bart if you aer looking for a trustworthy real estate agent.

Smooth process
Daniel and Bart were very professional and very clear about what they were going to do. The market did not work out as initially discussed but they attracted a wide range of interested parties. The auction went well with good interest and the property was sold as a result. The process was smooth although there were times we did wonder if it was working well. Their depth of experience and work following up leads ended up securing a good result.

Goes the extra mile!
Bart is an excellent real estate agent- his commitment to getting the property sold meant he went over and above. His friendly and approachable manner meant communication was genuine, timely and honest. We could rely on Bart to deliver up to date market knowledge and insights whilst keeping our best interests central. We appreciated his professionalism and never felt pressured or unheard. If you want an agent who works for AND with you and goes the extra mile, then Bart is the right choice. We wouldn't hesitate to sell or buy with Barts assistance again!
