We are an older couple of professional people. We looked around and went with our first choice of Ben and Thomas as our sole agents. It worked out very well. At every stage we were very well informed as to what was going to happen and what to expect. We met Ben and Thomas some 10 years ago and have been receiving their news letter ever since. We were impressed with their market knowledge and understanding. The only thing that did not go to plan was the auction. With the building rule changes our area became a target for developers. Buyers were only looking at the land with no value placed on the building on the land. The only bidders for our property were developers. We got a good price for the land but less than we had hoped for the whole property. As far as we are aware the purchaser of our property did not actually visit the property, and relied on maps and photographs. In spite of these comments, we really felt that Ben and Thomas were on our side and they did everything possible to get the best price for our property.
