Considering the urgent sale conditions I had bestowed upon Khalil he handle himself very well. Kept me apprised the whole way explaining everything that would happen. He wasn't pushy, but when the ball was rolling he constantly messaged me with constant updates with the progress right up to the end of the auction. If I am to purchase or sell property in the future I would be happy to have Khalil again take lead.

She gave us helpful advice regarding our Open Home, and diligently followed up on all who showed interest, resulting in a good attendance at the auction and a number of keen buyers bidding against each other. She had also made it clear to prospective buyers that they needed to be cash buyers, with funds available to follow through with the purchase if they were the successful bidder. She kept us up-to-date with interest being shown in the property after it was listed and in the lead-up to the auction. We were very pleased with the outcome; the property sold for more than we expected based on the offers submitted beforehand.
