Starting his career in 2008, at a time when house sales were hard to come by and buyers were few and far between, James was quick to learn the art of successful real estate sales. Working alongside one of the industry's elite performers, he made a dozen sales in his first year in the industry. The key to making sales in the hardest of times was all about working with the buyers effectively. Fourteen years on and millions of dollars of sales later not much has changed.
