We chose Josh after briefly meeting him when he sold our neighbours house a few years back. We were unsure about listing our property in the current market and were upfront with Josh about this. On the day of the auction Josh's hard work paid off with him and his team achieving a result that exceeded his initial appraisal. Josh really did take the stress out of selling (at least as much as any agent could) and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
