We were in the market initially for an appraisal of our main property upon meeting Jo decided to get appraisal's for our rentals as well. Jo explained everything to us and we made the decision based on the information Jo provided and just general discussion as well to sell our rentals. Which we did. On the market for like a week and we had offers, absolutely amazing. Jo took us through step by step and explained everything.. Jo's knowledge helped us to sell and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. If Jo wasn't aware of something she would come back to us with an answer. We will always go back through Jo due to the level of service and professionalism she provided and the easy manner in which she made us feel. We have recommended Jo to everyone we know who is selling or thinking of selling their properties. If and when we decide to sell our main house Jo Warren will be our lady to sell it for us.
