Jo was the perfect guide for my husband and I during the process of buying our first home. Both completely unaware of the process, we relied heavily on Jo to lead us through everything step by step. As a working mother with a young baby, I found it particularly considerate and helpful that Jo came to our home during evenings rather than asking me to juggle leaving work early and bringing my daughter to her office; her PA even played with bubs while we went through the paperwork! Jo is a superb communicator via phone and email but also through txt message, which was invaluable for all the updates that come with buying a home.
