Having many years experience as an agent Peter has exceptional market knowledge which has been a huge advantage in selling my property's. We don't know much about marketing etc, but we thought Peter was very professional, was able to deal with all our questions. We engaged Peter to sell our property due to word of mouth from people within our area who had used Peter in the previous years. Peter popped in to visit us prior to us putting our property on the market to give us an idea on sales and what we can do to improve the chances of a quick sale. Once we had put in a few months of work we we asked Peter visit again to talk us through the process and the best method of sale for ourselves. The main point or word in this is "ourselves" as the decisions were left to us with professional advice provided by Peter to support the different methods. Communication was clear, advice was accurate and the energy/passion Peter puts into his work and Clients is over and above what we expected when going through this process. We had multiple open homes, 2nd viewings and builders reports that Peter had to organise, this sometimes involved preparation of the house or having the dog put away so the early indication and communication was key for us to organise our busy life at an early stage. I have no hesitation in praising the work Peter and his team have completed on my behalf and it is a true reflection of why word of mouth and great results are so important.
