My flat was not a straight forward sale, with Christmas in the middle of proceedings, Tenants in the flat and extensions, it all made for a tough sale. However Jo remained calm and professional throughout the initial proceedings. She then left for a well earned break and left Tanya her 2 IC in charge. Tanya was amazing.
