Nick was able to convince parties interested in buying our property to bring there offers forward of the dead line origionally set, due to strong demand for the addington townhouse. this ended in a successful contract in a reduced time frame, which suited us ans well as the purchasers. During the process Nick was very professional in meeting our needs as a vendor. He kept us informed about feed back from our open homes and interest in our property.
