Nick made buying the property a good experience, no pressure, but straightforward advice. The most important aspect is being able to trust the real estate agent as you know they are working for the sellers, but as the buyer I felt he was giving me an honest representation which helped make it an enjoyable rather than stressful time. We have now dealt with Nick for the sale of a property and the purchase of a property and as with the first time dealing with Nick this is no different. Nick is extremely focused on giving his clients 1st class service and rather than the process being a transaction of sorts, Nicks approach makes the whole process more personal and he is happy to go out of his way to ensure things go as best as they can.
