Nick was able to convince parties interested in buying our property to bring there offers forward of the dead line origionally set, due to strong demand for the addington townhouse. this ended in a successful contract in a reduced time frame, which suited us ans well as the purchasers. During the process Nick was very professional in meeting our needs as a vendor. He kept us informed about feed back from our open homes and interest in our property. In the end we had 4 offers to choose from, which was an amazing result. Many thanks for helping us move on to our new home in Halswell.

From the very first time Nick interacted with me and my elderly mother he was a star. He really listened to mum and she felt that he was perfect to sell the house!
