excellent service
we really enjoyed dealing with Nick and Tina from Mike Pero. they were both very informative and everything they did was in our best interest. they made what can be a very stressful experience easy and stress free. both were always ready to answer any concerns or queries we had. would recommend to anyone looking to sell.

Very professional with down to earth characteristics.

Services nothing short of extravagant
If i was to say Nick was a just pleasure to deal with I'd be a liar, the simple fact is this man took his efforts way above and beyond for my partner and I purchasing our first home, not only is this man a well spoken, fair and a genuine individual he really takes his roll seriously and cares for his buyers and vendors peace of mind when it comes to such a big exchange. Would I deal with Nick again? In a heart beat. Would I suggest Nick to my friends and whanau? Absolutely. We have always liked Nick we met him many years ago when we were looking for an investment property.
Nick has always been very respectful, knowledgeable and accountable, a people's person, down to earth, we've known Nick from previous real estate possiblities over many years. Only glutch was the second builders report which to us posed a major concern however Nick offered a solution which we believe showed transparency, honesty and mana. Everything was managed well in the end, we understood the setting up of the new branch was differcult considering the covid19 impact. We absolutely appreciate this young man's intelligence, consistancy and support as he demonstrated many times as we discovered just how utterly distressful selling a property came be.
