Taking the stress out of selling

We have always liked Nick we met him many years ago when we were looking for an investment property.
Nick has always been very respectful, knowledgeable and accountable, a people's person, down to earth, we've known Nick from previous real estate possiblities over many years. Only glutch was the second builders report which to us posed a major concern however Nick offered a solution which we believe showed transparency, honesty and mana. Everything was managed well in the end, we understood the setting up of the new branch was differcult considering the covid19 impact. We absolutely appreciate this young man's intelligence, consistancy and support as he demonstrated many times as we discovered just how utterly distressful selling a property came be. Fantastic experience selling with Nick
To sell an estate property, we approached three real estate companies. By far, Nick outshone the other agents with his friendly nature, relatedness and passion for the industry. He showed an eagerness to market the property even though it would only appeal to a small group of potential buyers and was priced at the lower end of the housing market. After just two open homes, and with several offers to consider, Nick guided us through the negotiation process to a successful sale that exceeded our price expectation. Throughout the whole time, he was in touch almost daily with updates and answers to questions. Thank you Nick – great result.

Satifaftion guaranteed
I was a first home buyer which is scary enough but add in the pressures of eqc and insurance etc etc.... TBH I think I've had one of the less stressful house purchases! Tina was so friendly, honesty and most of all genuine. I trusted her from the get go. She explained every detail, answered every question and made me feel very comfortable and looked after. I do find some real estate agents intimidating and hard to read but Tina was the complete opposite. She catered to my needs when I needed to attend meetings/ viewings late as I work long shifts and just made the whole experience that much better! Thank you Tina xx

everything I could hope for in an estate agent
The whole way through felt like Nick was someone I could relate to. Like he was here to help me not swindle me. He kept me informed and gave me his gut feeling on which way to go, while not pushing his point of view in any way. All along It felt like a great working relationship. Open and honest. I think he put his all into the sale and we got a great result. Thanks Nick

Professional and straight forward.
Having lived in my property for 23yrs, this was my first experience of selling. Tina made me feel instantly at ease, speaking plainly and answering any questions I had.
