Rachael was outstanding from the first time we met her. She was positive and optimistic, without being unrealistic. Rachael told us that she had a hands-on style which didn't suit everybody, and she encouraged us to go with a REA that we felt most comfortable with, even if that REA wasn't her. Rachael was extremely professional and kept us fully informed throughout the sale process via regular comms in a WhatsApp group. We found Rachael to be refreshingly honest, sensitive with her suggestions, and we trusted her judgment all the way. She listened to us and was available at all hours to respond to our queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Rachael has an abundance of empathy and was lovely with us, and also with our purchasers. She really wants to achieve the best outcome for her clients, vendors and purchasers alike.
