Jacqui made the house buying process seem quite simple - she certainly knows her stuff and seems to have experienced all the small nuances that can disrupt the house buying process and is excellent at advising how to navigate around them. Jacqui has a very pragmatic approach to selling houses, understanding people's situations and using the context of both vendor and buyer to allow the other party to know where each other was at, but she did it in a manner that wasn't pushy or aggressive so any phone conversation made you feel like you were being listened to. We would seriously consider using Jacqui the next time we wanted to sell our house.
