Selling my property through Nicole has been much more than just a sale process. Nicole has assisted us and the purchaser over and beyond the normal call of duty. We encountered some normal speedbumps in the sale process and I am absolutely convinced that Nicole's professionalism, communication, and genuine interest and care has made this sale possible. The refreshing part is the fact that Nicole creates a win/win outcome. The best possible sale price and the best possible purchase price so nobody is missing out which quite often happens in my experience. Nicole communicates promptly and explains clearly possible scenarios. What totally blows me away is the fact that Nicole goes over and beyond her call of duty by assisting us even after the successful sale. It is so nice to have an agent on your side who genuinely loves to come to your property, who gives you realistic points of improvement on your property and keeps you informed on how the present market is doing. The great thing with Nicole is the fact that she doesn't shy away from a challenge. In a challenging market , my property sold well, at a good price and a realistic price . I have had other agents appraising my property under its potential worth, I assume to meet the purchase market. Nicole finds that balance of getting the best value in the current market for you. I am very grateful for her persistence and her care. The whole process was like dealing with a friend who wants the best for you and is on your side and achieved what she promised.
