On first meeting Gavin, I listened to him speaking to a potential purchaser at an open house. I very much liked his approach, calmly spoken with relevant questions. Owing to my leaving my lights on in the car while there, Gavin sprung into action with his jumper leads, venturing out into heavy rain saying; 'It is only water!' I engaged this likeable man to sell my property, and was never disappointed by the decision. Gavin never failed to be helpful, even offering to drive from Rangiora to Kaiapoi to help with a computer problem. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Gavin's knowledge of real-estate is exceptional, creating a good outcome for the sale of our property. Over the years I have sold sixteen properties. Gavin is by far the best agent ever.
