Nicole was driven and dedicated to achieving the sale of our property from day one. She delivered us a realistic valuation of our property and gave her all to get a sale across the line for us in a challenging/turbulent market. She was always available to answer our enquiries and made the whole process straight forward and easy. Her high level of service continued until the entire deal was completed and settled. Nicole went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process including setting us up with a post move out cleaner on short notice to make the process that much easier. The West Coast is lucky to now have Nicole working for them but we are gutted she wont be available to us if we choose to sell again in the future.
