I've sold two properties and bought three in my lifetime and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Barry is best real estate agent I've ever come across and I don't say that lightly. Until meeting Barry and the OneAgency team I had a completely different opinion of real estate agents, a negative one that I still hold for many. Now I realise there are some gems out there with OneAgency housing the Crown Jewels. My experience with Barry and the team was exceptional from start to finish with tangible results I can cite like selling my place quicker and for more than expected. They are extremely skilful, professional, honest, technologically advanced, attentive and a bunch of other superlatives. The culture of OneAgency is one of integrity, which serves them and their clients well. They run circles round some of the more well known outfits in Canterbury all while being reasonably priced. Not only did they sell my place they assisted me in buying another, guiding me through the sea of sharks. I could keep going and going but in an effort to be concise I won't. I will just finish by saying for me there is only OneAgency.
