I asked Matt to sell mum’s property as I had known him from my school days and he had always been a kind and genuine person who I felt I could trust. Matt said he would treat me the same as he would any other vendor. After working with him selling mum’s house and then 2 subsequent properties, I was absolutely blown away by the enormous effort Matt put into each sale. I believe without a doubt that if anyone was looking for a house in the area they would definitely have known about the properties with advertising in The Press newspaper, the Property Press, social media, multiple online property websites, brochures and also letterbox drops. Matt worked all hours of the day, night and weekends to ensure every single lead was followed up. He was more than happy to work with other real estate agencies that may have an interested buyer. As I lived out of town he met with cleaners, tradespeople, removal people & gardeners at the properties as I wasn’t able to, and this made the whole process so easy for me. The price I got for the properties was far beyond anything I had expected and I do believe this was down to Matt’s hard work, his very approachable manner and his negotiating skills. I understand what a big decision it can be selling a property and selecting the right real estate agent, however I would thoroughly recommend Matt to anyone that wants the very best outcome from their sale.

The effort Matt put into the sale of my property was beyond my personal expectations. Not only was he on top of everything that needed to be done, he was in constant communication with me and I was kept informed right through, making appropriate suggestions and recommendations. Matt also managed the liaison with several third parties involved, which required a lot of back-and-forth contact. Gavin has been incredible to deal with right throughout the purchasing process. At our first viewing he was both inquisitive and helpful, particularly when explaining the platform they were using for the sale of the property. Then as we went ahead with an offer he was upfront and communicated in a comprehensive and timely manner at each step. I didn't feel like I was put under any pressure while offering, despite is clearly being an intense time! After our offer was accepted Gavin has been responsive to any questions and proactive in offering his expertise where appropriate. Through some stressful moments he was re-assuring and always seemed to be working to get the best result for everyone involved. I would recommend Gavin without hesitation and I know if we ever need to sell property again he'll be the first agent I look to call.
