We choose to go with One Agency because I previously sold a house with Barry when he was working under Total Realty. He achieved a quick sale and a price higher than I expected. He had also sold properties for my grandparents and sister and achieved great results. We had a great experience with Barry and Nicole. The decision to sell our property was made last minute but they both worked quickly to get it on the market in a very short time frame. The property was beautifully advertised which I believe helped us achieve a quick sale. Yet another great experience and I am sure we or the rest of the family will be back to you at some stage in the future.
