Thanks to Barry and Nicole for putting my mind at ease through the process of selling our house. In under two week the house went unconditional. Barry & Nicole have extensive market knowledge and they were able to get far more interested buyers viewing our house than we expected.

Barry has a good knowledge of the current market and communicated well with us throughout the process. He got our expected price. We have used him before and would have no hesitation using his services again

Gavin is very professional in his manner, we never felt pushed into making a decision. We always felt like Gavin wanted to go above and beyond for us and this made for a great experience. Gavin communicated very well with us through out the process, we were always updated with what was going on. This allowed for seamless sale and a joyful experience. I would highly recommend Gavin to anyone who would like to sell their house.

Gavin was friendly helpful and knowledgeable he took the time to discuss things and wasn't pushy his quick and effective friendly communication helped the sale go smoothly. And his willingness to meet outside of work hours was appreciated.

It’s difficult to know where to start when reviewing our experience with Gavin. To say that he was excellent or that he went “above and beyond” doesn’t do him justice. Gavin exceeded our expectations in every way and he was a thoroughly lovely guy throughout the whole process. We’ve had experiences with other agents and it’s fair to say that we are totally spoilt now. He gave helpful, practical advice that led to a sale that was above our expectations, and he made selling so easy! We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Although I am undoubtedly biased, since Gavin is my son, I cannot speak highly enough of his work in selling my home. He was always professional and very understanding of how difficult it was for me to sell a loved home of 25 years. He showed his knowledge of the current market when advising me of the best way to sell my home. The advertising package, including a wonderful video walk through of the house and garden, along with Gavin’s friendly manner with viewers, was I am sure instrumental in obtaining a very quick sale, including a back up offer. He was also very supportive and helpful when I was purchasing my new home. I would highly recommend Gavin to anyone wishing to sell their property.
