Gavin Leonard of One Agency Waimakariri was an amazing real estate agent. Gavin assisted us in selling my late parents home in Rangiora. He made the process easy, was well organised, went the extra mile on many occasions & kept us informed as to the process, dates for open homes etc. I would certainly recommend Gavin to anyone wanting to sell a home. Best wishes Gavin. Cheers, Kay Dennison.😊👍

Gavin was recommended to me by a colleague who told me of the amazing service that their family had received. Initially I was a bit sceptical however, that soon changed. Gavin’s insightful recommendations with regards to the presentation of my property and his willingness to get stuck in and help with projects that were beyond my abilities like water blasting the exterior, cleaning cobwebs in the lounge and suggestions on staging the house was invaluable. Gavin’s efficiency and communication skills ensured I was kept informed at very stage of the process and that all of the buyers were in the best position to present offers at the deadline sale. Thanks to Gavin, Kirsty I’m now in a really good position to buy another property, Regards Adrienne O’Shea

Gavin was excellent to deal with. He understood and respected our circumstances, accommodating our needs with sensitivity and respect. Any questions or requests were dealt with in a timely efficient manner. His quiet helpful nature made the purchase of the property easy. He also makes a great Flat White!

From the very first time I met Gavin he struck me as being genuine and trustworthy. I was actually looking at a property for my nephew. When I decided to proceed with the sale of my home, I spoke with two other agents but was not impressed and asked Gavin if he would accept my instructions. He did. During the course of arranging the transaction, organising the open days and bringing people into the home to view, I felt completely comfortable and he gave me really great feedback. At the time of disclosing the offers received, again he was the very professional. I have since recommended him to another possible vendor who saw the sign at my gate and came in to question me about him. I thoroughly recommend him.

Our interactions with Gavin from the first meeting were pleasant and relaxed. He was very open to sharing background and any information relevant to the property. This proved his integrity as there were no surprises at all which may have reflected in our decision to purchase. Gavin was always available and kept us updated throughout the process with a personal touch for all parties.

Barry fully understood my tight timeline, the unique property and the fact that I was 800 km away in a different Island. He used his local knowledge and experience to find the right buyer and price. Excellent work and I would recommend Barry for an easy stress free sale. Thanks again Barry, great job.
