Gavin did an amazing job of selling our lifestyle block/house. He was super easy to deal with and was very personable. He had excellent communication, letting us know what was happening regularly along the way with prospective purchasers and following up after each open home/private viewing, including a written report with all sorts of facts and figures. He offered great advice and helpful tips whenever asked. His lovely wife made free fancy coffee's at our open homes for all potential purchasers which was a really nice touch. He was with us as the deadline auction reached in its finally super exciting moments and he achieved amazing results which exceed our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gavin and if we were ever looking to sell or purchase again we would call Gavin in a heart beat.
