Our home was initially marketed in Feb/22 by another agent/agency. They led us to believe they had the skills and knowledge to sell our home. They didn’t deliver, it turned out to be one of the worse experiences we’d ever been through which left us emotionally and financially stressed. Still feeling upset with our last agents we started again to find another agent. I searched rate my agent and found Barry’s profile, read his reviews and watched his and Nicole’s property marketing videos. I sent an email to Barry not expecting a phone call for a few days and he phoned and left a message for me within 24hrs of my message being sent! I phoned Barry and started to share what had happened to our wee family, I was trying so hard to hold it together but ended up in tears on the phone. Barry’s professional and caring manner instantly put me at ease. We met up and as the say the rest is history. Our house sold exactly 6 weeks from the the day it went to market! We sold a rental property and we do not live in Christchurch. Barry and Nicole had the local knowledge that we needed to get the best result. They also went out of the way to make sure the property was in the best condition for sale and arranged for the staging of the house and some minor repairs that were needed. Being absent, we really appreciated this. Nothing was too much trouble. Their advice was honest and to the point. We received regular updates and the property sold quickly and without fuss.
